I’m #actively recruiting for a Customer and Chat Support Executive to join our team. The candidate should possess Ecommerce CS experience. #urgenthiring

Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
– Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and resolve customer concerns or issues.
– Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. – Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide feedback to improve products/services based on customer insights.

Requirements:
– Must have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
– 6 months – 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
– Must have Ecommerce Customer Support experience (Local).
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Basic understanding of customer support principles and practices is a plus.
